Hi Folks. I can see a need to create a Zoom forum with experts talking about a variety of issues to do with practical advise about dealing with the Corona virus. We could address local issues and talk to various people. At some point there could be questions from the audience who could type in a question or appear on screen. All from the safety from their home computer.

It could all be recorded and people look at it later. Info and contacts could be recorded and real actions taken. I know there are some fb group doing support work and people can be directed to various groups and people.

It could all be done for free, just need someone who is a good facilitator (nyck jeans or similar) to host the gathering and maybe an assistant to do the control work and press the right buttons.

Could be a weekly event or more regular. Just 2 days ago I interviewed Rak  Razam in San Fran on zoom and was impressed how easy the zoom platform operated and how adaptable it is to expand. People can even join working group and then all report back. Its a virtual masterpiece and made for these times to unity us and keep us informed strong and focused. Zoom has a free level that is quite versatile then there is the pro version for 22$ a month . Im going pro as I see it as a very powerful communications tool made for these times. check it out. https://zoom.us

'Uplift' is also doing zoom conferencing.
They held a 'Uplifting the field' conference a couple of days ago with some high powered speakers.

I do think there is room for more of this local online conferencing now,
as more of us are online, and the issues need to be networked.

Uplift are involved in this which is an every Tuesday event.

just looking at that recording now. It's great. I guess I was thinking to make it more about local speakers and group coordinators like people delivering food to locked down houses and people talking about boosting immune systems, gardening tips, support networks, bush tucker, long life food etc. could be on zoom and also topics and contacts here that are easily found.
