Enova Power Company

Enova

Australia’s first community-owned renewable energy retailer.

Enova Community Energy is a social enterprise facilitating local communities to take control of their own energy supplies, move away from fossil fuels and reduce the impact of climate change.
As Australia’s first community-owned energy retailer, Enova was established to help change the nation’s centralised, coal-dependent energy system by introducing alternative models where households and businesses can generate, store and share renewable energy and lower costs. By taking care of their own energy, communities can keep money circulating in local economies to benefit people, jobs and businesses.

.

As a leader in the transition to renewables, Enova has already embarked on innovative projects including microgrids, solar gardens and community-based partnerships.
Through its not-for-profit arm, half of Enova’s proceeds go back into community renewable energy projects, education and energy efficiency services.
Enova Energy is an electricity retailer and currently retails electricity across regional NSW to both residential and small business customers and offers a range of renewable energy options.

#EarthDay2020 is being marked by two crises⁣⁣

One is the #COVID-19 pandemic. The other is a slowly building disaster for our #climate.⁣⁣

We can, will and must solve both challenges. The world was not prepared for the novel #coronavirus. But we still have time to prepare — in every part of the world — for the #climatecrisis.⁣⁣

This pandemic reminds us of what’s at stake for the #planet.⁣⁣

And although it is keeping us apart, it is also showing us what we can achieve together to take on the fight for our common home.⁣⁣ Get involved here: https://bit.ly/2RU2mCb
